This database tool identifies adverse reactions that
can result from mixing incompatible hazardous
wastes. This database can help determine if specific
chemical classes can be stored adjacent to one
another and if wastes from different classes can be
commingled.
The database assumes that pure chemical
components of the wastes are involved at ambient
temperture and pressure. If no reaction is noted
segregation is not required. Consider co-mingling
wastes only if the database specifically indicates it as
a possibility.
Instructions
To determine if two
classes of chemicals are
incompatible select a
chemical class or type
from each list. Select the
ready button when done.
