FOCUS: Goal Setting and Feedback for NON-SUPERVISORS The University has set a goal of having every staff member receive annual feedback. The FOCUS (Feeback and Ongoing Coaching for University Success) program is designed to assist staff meet this goal. In this class employees will learn the characteristics of good feedback, goal setting and effective communication skills. The course is experiential and will offer an opportunity for practice.
