Access 2003: Level 2

Learn to take full advantage of the power of Access to locate your information quickly and report it effectively. This course helps you build upon your knowledge of Access by presenting enhanced query, table, form, and report features. Emphasis is placed on creating relationships, using queries to report the information you need, and creating a user interface through forms and subforms. THIS IS A TWO-DAY CLASS.

Participants should have completed Access: Level 1 and Database Design, or have comparable experience with Access.

Topics include:
• Learning database design and management
• Working in depth with queries and reports
• Understanding various types of relationships
• Designing a user interface for data entry and retrieval
• Exploring the controls in the toolbox (including tabs and subforms)
• Importing and exporting data
• Introducing Macros
