Director, Yale Undergraduate Admissions. A Yale College graduate, Margit Dahl has worked in the field of college admissions for over 30 years, all of them at Yale. She became the Director of Undergraduate Admissions in 1983. Her work has involved traveling throughout the country to recruit students to Yale, reading thousands of applications and serving as a member of the permanent Admissions Committee. She oversees Operations in an office that receives over 25,000 freshman applications and over 25,000 visitors per year.
