New Employee Orientation is Yale's way of welcoming you to our community. Since September 2000, the program has been the starting point of Yale careers for more than 3,300 people of all categories—Service & Maintenance, Clerical & Technical, and Managerial & Professional in departments all across the University, as well as post-doc fellows and associates.

This website is designed with the new employee in mind. We have everything you may need to know for your first day, as well as some great information for the first few weeks, while you get settled in. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions.
