Employment Resources
 
Human Resources: HR is a valuable resource for you as you begin your career at Yale. The HR team can help you with an assortment of questions including: benefits, recruitment, and training, just to name a few.
 
 

Employee Service Center: Your centralized resource for your questions regarding employee benefits, payroll and personal information.
 

 
Benefits: Information regarding your benefits. Questions regarding benefits should be referred to the Employee Service Center, your centralized resource for Human Resources information.
 
 
Parking and Transit: Information about the different parking lots, minibus and shuttle service, commuting alternatives, and links for commuters to New Haven and CT busses and trains.
 
 
Payroll: Information regarding your paycheck. Questions regarding pay schedules, W-4 forms, and W-2 tax forms, should be referred to the Employee Service Center.
 
 
ID Cards: Your ID card identifies you as a member of the Yale University community. You should carry it at all times for general identification, entry to secure buildings, and discounts!
 
 
Yale Net ID: All Yale University students, faculty and staff members are assigned a NetID. Your NetID is automatically assigned to you by the Human Resources Department system.

Gym Membership: Memberships in the Payne Whitney Gymnasium are available to University students, staff, faculty, alumni, retirees, spouses, and their dependants sixteen to eighteen years of age living at home.
