She then left the public school system to begin working for the Hospital of St. Raphael (HSR) as a Training Coordinator in the Educational Resource Center.  Under Debbie’s direction HSR piloted several new educational initiatives in the areas of computer education, health education and management development.

In 1995 Debbie joined the management staff at Yale University.  She entered the institution as the Manager of Training and Process Improvement, Yale School of Medicine, Office of Professional Services (OPS).  While in OPS she was responsible for the establishment of a full service training department that would focus on the billing and collection processes for the School of Medicine.

Currently, Debbie is the Director of Learning in the Organizational Development and Learning Center. She has oversight of the following training programs;  IT Computer training,  Business Applications Training, including Oracle, Management Development & Leadership Development courses, New Employee Orientation, Customer Service Institute, and host of training programs and consultations.

DEBORAH STANLEY-MCAULAY
is a native of New Haven, CT.  After attending the New Haven Public School system and receiving her high school diploma from Wilbur L. Cross H. S.  Debbie’s pursuit for higher education led her to Richmond, Virginia.  She obtained her bachelors of Science from the Sydney Lewis School of Business at Virginia Union University.  Upon returning to New Haven, Debbie began teaching business education courses for the New Haven Board of Education where she focused on the Adult population.  While teaching business education courses at the New Haven Adult & Continuing Education Center she enrolled at the University of Bridgeport.  Deborah obtained her masters of science in the Secondary Business Education.
