ERIN JARETT
is the Training Management System (TMS) Project Coordinator at the Organizational Development and Learning Center.

The purpose of TMS is to assist the University with ensuring fulfillment of mandatory training requirements and to provide the Yale community with a centralized database and website to manage those requirements.

Erin acts as a point of contact to the Yale community regarding the TMS website, assessment and requirements. She identifies trends and escalates issues to the TMS Projects Manager or ITS support team as needed. Erin proactively identifies problems and seeks out solutions regarding TMS while assisting end user and process owner training.  She identifies documentation gaps and manages all end user documentation creation and revisions.
