Jessica manages the design and implementation of TMS by helping University clients and end-users identify database, website and reporting needs, and by working with technical developers to help meet those needs. She is responsible for managing the TMS budget and project initiatives, such as the on going deployment of the Training Requirements Assessment - an online survey designed to help Yale faculty and staff identify required training.

Jessica was born and raised in Meriden, CT. She received her B.A. in Marketing from Simmons College in Boston. Since graduating Jessica has worked in the telecommunications and consumer products industries primarily in IT roles. Most recently Jessica was a member of the IT project management team at Unilever in Trumbull. Prior to that Jessica worked as a project management consultant for both Pfizer and GE.

Jessica lives in Meriden with her husband and daughter. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and creating stained glass pieces.

is the Training Management System (TMS) Project Manager at the Organizational Development and Learning Center.

The purpose of TMS is to assist the University with ensuring fulfillment of mandatory training requirements and to provide the Yale community with a centralized database and website to manage those requirements.
