Kathy Scasino

Prior to joining Yale, Kathy was the Training Manager at ABN Amro’s Construction Lending Center in Waterbury, where she implemented a well-received customer service training program. Kathy also held several positions at Webster Bank during her 8 years as an Assistant Vice President. While at Webster, Kathy developed the online consumer privacy training that was rolled out to all 3000 of Webster’s employees. Kathy began her professional career with Shelton Savings Bank where she progressed from a teller to the retirement plans manager.

Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus and has taught for the Center for Financial Education. She also holds certifications in web design and e-learning instruction. Kathy has volunteered for the Valley United Way and the Connecticut Food Bank. She is a native of Shelton and currently resides in Oxford with her husband Laurence.

KATHY SCASINO
is the IT Training Manager at the Learning Center. Kathy joined Yale in the fall of 2005 after a 25 year career in the banking industry. Kathy is responsible for the training component of the Oracle financial and human resources applications and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
