Linda is a strong developer of people. Her training and development background goes back to 1980 when she designed the customer service training program for Connecticut Blue Shield. She has designed and delivered numerous training programs throughout her career. While at People’s Bank, she helped to design the People’s Corporate University. Recently, the focus of her work has been on talent assessment, identification, and development through coaching.

Linda has extensive team building experience. She has helped numerous teams become more effective. Her team experiences stimulate understanding and appreciation of the differences we have and promote a collaborative work style. Linda is MBTI certified since 1992.

Linda brings her strong intuition and understanding of human potential to all of her consulting. She infuses her work with passion, energy and drive for results. She has been an internal consultant for Anthem, Inc. and People’s Bank.

Linda has been an external consultant associated with Yale University in the Organizational Development & Learning Center since 2006 and an employee of the Learning Center since 2007. Her role as a Curriculum Design Specialists allows Linda to utilize her strong training and development background to facilitate the sourcing of consultants and curriculum for the Learning Center. Linda applies her project management skills to the New Employee Orientation Program as well as to the 2007 and 2008 Leadership Conferences.

Linda received her undergraduate degree from Russell Sage College and her graduate degree from Syracuse University.

LINDA VERONNEAU
has been an internal organization development consultant for the past ten years working primarily in the healthcare and financial services industries. As an organization development consultant, Linda has worked both on the business side as well as in human resources. Linda began her career in human resources in 1981 working for Connecticut Blue Cross & Blue Shield.

The focus of Linda’s work at Anthem, Inc. over the last four years has centered largely on the change process and how to successfully move employees through that process. Linda has consulted to both project teams and business leaders on large scale business transformation initiatives. She strongly believes that in order for change to be successful it must be managed on three levels: the organizational, the departmental, and the individual.

Much of Linda’s work has centered on organization design. She has extensive experience helping clients to reorganize their divisions/departments. She assists clients in assessing their current organization against the business needs and then, works with them to align their structure, roles, processes, and culture with the business direction.
