MICHELLE SANDAGATA
joined the Learning Center team in June 2006. Michelle has over 15 years of experience working in an administrative capacity in both academic and corporate environments, in Washington, DC, New York City, and New Haven. She has worked for Yale University for 8 years.
At the Learning Center, Michelle provides administrative support to Deborah Stanley-McAulay (Director) and Kathleen Scasino (Business Applications Training Manager). In addition:
- Michelle serves as Logistics Coordinator for the New Employee Orientation Program.
- She is the point person for Pathways I, Pathways II, Customer Service Institute (CSI) and Pathways Alumni Events.
- She assists with the logistical planning for the Director’s projects, including the Managing at Yale initiative.
- Michelle has been a member of the logistics team for the 2008 Leadership Conference (The Power of Inclusive Leadership: Changing the Culture) and the Women’s Leadership Conference (2007).
- She is a member of the ODLC’s E-learning Committee and has participated in planning committees for staff retreats and meetings.

Michelle attended the Corcoran School of Art, and has completed coursework towards a BFA; she plans to continue her studies in the fall.
Michelle resides in Wallingford with her young son.
