Susan is responsible for office and financial operations at the Learning Center. She provides support to Deborah Stanley-McAulay, Director of the ODLC, and Elena DePalma, Senior OD Consultant. She is a committee member for the Yale Workplace Survey and a team member for Administrative Professionals Day.
Susan was born and raised in Ansonia and currently resides there with her husband. After raising their son, Susan pursued her Degree in Business Management and graduated from Albertus Magnus in 2003. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and breeding Miniature Dachshunds. |

SUSAN SMITH-KEMP is the Senior Administrative/Financial Assistant at the Learning Center having previously worked at The Medical School for the past 12 years. Susan brings a strong background in superior customer service, office management, collections, and administrative support.
