The FOCUS program offers new forms, new courses, and more resources to help you introduce performance management to your unit, or to enhance your unit's existing performance management system.
The Consultant Referral Program is a means of ensuring that Yale managers
have access to well-qualified organizational development consultants. The heart of
the program is a pool of pre-qualified, external consultants that we beleive can help
meet the on-going demand for consultation services at Yale University.
