Sometimes your department’s training needs can only be met through
courses that are custom designed for your staff. This might be
due to a variety of factors location of your staff, shift constraints,
number of staff requiring training, etc.
The first step is to call our office (432-5660) or send us an
email (see below). We will meet with you for about an hour to
discuss your needs, to see if there are other HR issues that you
might want to address through other means, and to help you define
your department’s training needs. At the end of the meeting, we
will give you a list of pre-screened trainers that you can contact.
We can also help you throughout the trainer selection and training
delivery process.
