Organizational Development and Learning Center
Yale University    —    Strategic Review, September, 2003

Program Rationale

All of the Learning Center's programs are designed for one primary purpose—to help Yale be a civil, effective and innovative place in which to teach, learn, and work. We will know that this vision is being achieved when the staff and faculty are…

…self-starters
…conflict resolvers
…respectful of one another
…creative thinkers
…good managers, and
…committed to Yale as an organization.
